POCHA is a Korean-style restaurant based in Johannesburg, South Africa, bringing you crispy fried perfection, bold flavours, and good times.

This website is operated by POCHA and includes general information, reservation access (via Dineplan), and a contact form for customer communication.

You agree to use this site responsibly and legally. That means:

  • Don’t try to hack, break, or copy the site or content.

  • Don’t use the site for spam, harassment, or anything dodgy.

If you use our contact forms or booking system, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and lawful.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings made through our Dineplan widget are managed via Dineplan’s system. Please refer to their terms for specific details on cancellation, no-shows, or rescheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if necessary, but we’ll always try to communicate with you politely and promptly if that happens.

4. Intellectual Property

Everything you see here — the text, logo, design, photos, and fun chicken puns — belongs to POCHA or is used with permission.

Please don’t copy, reuse, or distribute anything from our site without written permission. Sharing a link to our menu with friends? Totally fine. Copying our entire brand vibe? Not cool.

5. Third-Party Tools

We use Dineplan for reservations and Google Analytics to help us improve the site. These services may have their own terms, and by using those features, you’re also agreeing to theirs.

We’re careful about who we work with — but can’t be held liable for how third-party tools operate outside of our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

POCHA is not liable for:

  • Any damages from using (or not being able to use) the website

  • Booking errors made via third-party tools

  • Any typos that accidentally promise you free chicken forever 😅

We do our best to keep things updated and accurate, but sometimes the sauce gets spicy.

We might update these terms occasionally. If we do, we’ll update the effective date at the top of this page.

Using the site after changes means you accept the new terms — but we’ll always keep things fair and clear.
